Hours guaranteed: 30 hours minimum and 55 hours maximum per week
Minimum qualification/ experience: minimum 3 years of experience of bartending.
Wages: hourly rate of $25-$30 depending on experience.

Job description

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
2. Mix cocktails consistently as per recipes.
3. Interact with guests and create a welcoming environment.
4. Ensuring liquor laws are complied.
5. Maintain high standard of restaurant cleanliness.
6. Handle customer requests and complaints confidently.
7. Stock control, keep the bar clean, stocked and organised.
8. Follow all requirements under sale & supply of alcohol act 2012.
9. Ability to use point of sale system
